I almost brought this deck to Masters 27. I'm glad I didn't, because it isn't the strongest list - but it is just straight-up fun.
Rinriet will probably say this is just Tropical Mix, with the wrong cards - and maybe he's right. I've built this deck, though, to win long grindy games through pure card advantage. You aim to out-value your opponent over time until they run out of cards. As HallYall pointed out, this deck doesn't have a wincon - it's more like death by one thousand cuts.
Against aggro, you're mulliganing for your creature removal cards (death-cursed shaman, harpy, power discharge, frost elemental). Against control, mulligan for curse of rysha. From there, your gameplan is to minimize damage and maximize card advantage.
At one point I took this list to #2 on the ranked ladder. More recently I lost 5 games in a row with it. Try it out, and let me know if you have more success. I don't think it's OP, but it is fun.
